On March 6, Adauto Bentivegna Filho, Legal Advisor of SETCESP, will present the panel “The New Cargo Insurance Rules.” Recently, Law No. 11.442 of 2007, which governs road freight transport for third parties, including Cargo Insurance, underwent significant changes that directly impact the logistics operations of Brazilian companies. From now on, the legislation mandates three types of civil liability insurance, which Bentivegna will explain.
