JWM adopts a comprehensive schedule of training
JWM adopts a comprehensive schedule of training and preventive programs, both general and specific, intended for Our People. These initiatives aim to prevent, reduce, and/or avoid accidents, ensure individual safety and the safety of the company’s work processes, while also promoting the continuous professional development of each employee.
We highlight the ICPP – Incentive for Personal and Professional Growth, a program that grants team members time off for each course certificate presented related to their area of expertise (limited to three certificates per year). This incentive not only recognizes and values the effort in pursuing professional improvement but also fosters a continuous learning and progress environment within the organization. At JWM, we invest not only in safety but also in the comprehensive development of our personnel.
