Our Structure
JWM, strategically located in Guarulhos, São Paulo, boasts a comprehensive infrastructure designed to efficiently meet all logistical demands. With a spacious area of 68,000 m², our facilities include dedicated areas for storage and handling, ample parking, a modern administrative building, specialized areas for control and operational support, as well as a control tower. Of these 68,000 m², 28,000 m² are covered area (20,000 m² of warehouse and 8,000 m² of administrative building) and 40,000 m² are external area.
For the well-being and convenience of our team, we offer facilities such as a cafeteria, changing rooms, and fully equipped meeting and training rooms. We prioritize effective communication by providing state-of-the-art technological resources, such as telephone, internet, and email, to ensure connectivity and agility in operations. At JWM, every aspect of our infrastructure is meticulously planned to provide an efficient and harmonious operational environment.
Administrative Building
The building housing our Administration is a contemporary and functional space designed to meet the demands of the modern corporate environment. It features meeting rooms equipped with the necessary technology, providing a conducive environment for strategic discussions and collaborations. Additionally, there is a cozy cafeteria, a welcoming coffee area, and a changing room with modern facilities and equipment.

Our Warehouse
JWM offers our valued clients a general warehouse covering 20,000 m² of covered area and an impressive 40,000 m² of external area. Equipped with modern and adaptable infrastructure, our space is designed to receive, store, handle, sort, inspect, and ship products efficiently. Our commitment to excellence is reflected not only in operational quality but also in the service experience offered to partners, ensuring a remarkable cost-benefit relationship. Control Tower
JWM’s Control Tower represents the epicenter of integration and logistics intelligence, designed to enhance operational efficiency through a comprehensive focus on planning, processes, execution, metrics, and immediate correction of potential deviations.
Our Control Tower operates 24/7. JWM fleet vehicles are equipped with hybrid trackers (Satellite / GSM), featuring the latest and most secure SASCAR technology and a telemetry system that retrieves information directly from the vehicle’s CAM bus.
In addition to real-time management, operations within the Control Tower can be monitored and managed at any time through the mobile app.
