Used Oil Collection Point
At JWM, we actively encourage our employees to participate in the conscious disposal of used oil. In our facilities, we have appropriate containers for depositing this waste. A specialized partner company then collects and disposes of the oil in an environmentally correct manner. As a sustainable practice, this initiative not only contributes to environmental preservation but also benefits JWM by receiving cleaning materials in return, strengthening our commitment to the circular economy.
Tree Planting Project
Through our Tree Planting Project, we are committed to promoting environmental and social sustainability. In partnership with Fazenda Ipê Turma da Árvore in Bom Retiro – State of Santa Catarina, we plant Pinus Taeda seedlings in the management and environmental recovery area. This environmental compensation action stands out for its dual impact: it contributes to the environment and is conducted by families in social vulnerability, providing an additional dimension of social responsibility.
Sustainable Partnership Program
The “Sustainable Partnership Program” represents our commitment to strengthening ties with suppliers and spreading sustainable practices. This project involves training and applying sustainability practices in partner companies, aiming for their sustainable financial and economic growth. Furthermore, the Credit Assignment operation benefits our partners, promoting a culture of shared responsibility.

Our Administrative Building is powered by photovoltaic energy, capturing solar energy through solar panels. This energy is converted into electricity, providing a sustainable source for the entire building. In addition to significantly reducing our electricity costs, this initiative contributes to environmental preservation, reinforcing our commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Sustainable Fleet
Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected in our vehicle fleet, where we increasingly prioritize adopting environmentally friendly solutions. Through the acquisition of electric and CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) vehicles, we are significantly reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment.
