The Whistleblower Channel, available to JWM’s internal and external audiences, is a proactive, transparent, independent, and impartial communication tool for reporting violations or suspected non-compliance with any of the points described in our Code of Ethics and Conduct, current legislation, JWM’s internal policies and norms, or any actions that may cause harm to any activity of the Company, its employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
Before reporting, gather as much information as possible about the violation to assist in the investigation. Example:
- Full names of those involved (accused and victim);
- Names of witnesses;
- Dates;
- Details of the facts;
- Department or areas involved;
- Information about documents related to the violation;
- Additional information.
JWM DOES NOT TOLERATE ANY FORM OF RETALIATION AGAINST GOOD FAITH WHISTLEBLOWERS
The Company prohibits any form of retaliation, exposure, threats, and coercion against whistleblowers, witnesses, and others involved in internal investigation processes.
Any of these acts should also be reported and are subject to disciplinary measures.
